It's hard to imagine how one single feature, your
nose can dominate how you think you look.
Sometimes all you want is to remove the bump,
improve the tip, narrow or widen the nose, or
maybe make it smaller. Any or all of these
changes can be made in one operation by
reshaping and modifying the bones and cartilage.
The surgery usually takes 1 - 3 hours and is
normally done under a general anesthetic.

A splint is placed on the nose after surgery to protect it and maintain the new
shape. Most patients are up and about the next day and pain is easily controlled
by medication. Keeping your head elevated and applying cold compresses
reduces the bruising and swelling. Most people return to work within 7 to 10 days.
It takes time for the swelling of your nose to settle, so it may take weeks
sometimes even months before you will see the final result.
