The tummy tuck involves an incision along your lower abdomen just above your pubic area and another one around your belly button. We then pull the skin and fat away from the tummy, tighten the muscles and then pull the skin and fat back down, removing the excess tissue. I know it doesn't sound enticing, but believe me the end result can be dramatic.
